Trying to follow multiple methods at once.

Works with beginners through to experienced PB-chasing runners

I'm a UK Athletics-qualified running coach, strength and conditioning coach and founder of Run Stark.

I've been running competitively since 2018, completed five of the six World Marathon Majors and achieved personal bests including a 2:30 marathon, 71-minute half marathon, 32-minute 10K and 15-minute 5K.

My coaching knowledge goes beyond my own running. I've spent years developing my craft, learning from Olympic-level coaches, studying training methods, exercise physiology and the principles behind high-performance running.

I've also spent time coaching in Kenya alongside elite athletes, gaining first-hand experience of the environments, training philosophies and cultures that have helped produce some of the world's best distance runners.

Through Run Stark, I coach runners of all levels, from complete beginners preparing for their first event to experienced athletes chasing personal bests from 5K to the marathon.

My goal is simple: help you arrive at your next start line fitter, stronger and better prepared than ever.
