A dynamic workout session tailored for runners training in pairs (£20pp).


This engaging session combines strength training and running, alternating between partners to maximise benefits. While one person tackles a variety of strength exercises, the other hits short running distances on the treadmill, then you switch roles. This method targets all the muscles essential for running, building strength and endurance while creating the kind of fatigue that enhances performance. 


Designed as a fun and intense HIIT workout, "Strength & Track" will get your endorphins flowing, blood pumping, and muscles growing, all while taking your running game to new levels.
