A high-energy, partner-based workout designed by your expert running coach and personal trainer, perfect for runners looking to build strength, endurance, and performance.


Train in pairs (£20pp) as you alternate between two powerful elements: while one runner completes a set of strength-based exercises targeting key running muscles, the other tackles short treadmill intervals. Then, switch. This method creates the perfect mix of fatigue and focus, simulating race-day conditions while building resilience.


“Strength & Track” is a fun, fast-paced HIIT-style workout that gets your heart pumping, muscles firing, and endorphins flowing.
